Cancellations & Rescheduling

Services and bookings are by appointment only. A deposit to hold your appointment may be requested to prevent no-shows and last minute cancellations. If appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours from session time, client will lose deposit.

There are no free trials or appointments as Chic Cosmetique must block out business time to provide a service. Client lateness to appointment could result in appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
